The Team
About Fox Motorsport
A winner of multiple UK championships and of international GT races, Fox Motorsport has achieved over 100 race wins and more than 300 podium finishes across high-level sportscar and single-seater series.
Throughout this sustained period of glory in multi-make (and multi-class) GT racing, Fox has been one of the UK’s leading performers and won in virtually every series it has entered.
From taking young talents like Liam McNeilly and Maurice Henry to the top step of the podium in the Ginetta Junior Championship – the leading entry-level series for Formula 1-aspiring drivers aged 14-17, to winning four major championships within Ginetta’s other single-model series, the team from Maldon, Essex, has consistently run at the front of the field, its nurturing environment helping newcomers and more experienced drivers feel comfortable in their own abilities while giving them the confidence to find new levels of performance.
Such an approach produced four major titles in Ginetta racing with Nick Halstead and Ian Duggan winning the Ginetta GT5 Am category in 2018 and 2020 respectively, Duggan adding the G55 Am crown in the 2022 GT4 Supercup and Mckenzie Douglass scooping the overall Ginetta GT spoils in 2024.
GT racing has always been a key element of Fox Motorsport’s racing programme, from its early days in Lotus endurance competition through to class and overall victories in the British GT Championship, GT Cup Championship, International GT Open and the pan-European 24H Series over the past decade.
A single-seater team was added in 2023 in the popular GB4 Championship; multiple race wins across its first two seasons helping to elevate the team to front-running status in double-quick time.
In 2025 the team achieved two major milestones in scoring both its 100th race win and its 300th podium while for 2026 it will run dual-campaigns in British GT – now as an Aston Martin Racing partner team – and GB4; the target the same as always … to win.
