Overview The 2.5 mile Donington Park will host the British F1 Grand Prix for 2010, from the start/finish line you head into the right hand bend Redgate then into another right hand bend Hollywood before the drop into the fast left/right bends of the Craner Curves, then it's the tight left into the Old Hairpin before the track climbs up the hill towards another tight right hand bend of McLeans, then the faster right hand bend leads into Coppice Corner and onto Starkey's Straight, then it's hard on the brakes into the Foggie Esses and into the tight right hand Melbourne Hairpin, through the tight left hander at Goddards and back onto the start/finish line. Lap record is 1:18.029 by Ayrton Senna in the McLaren during the 1993 F1 season. |
